His experience spans through both private and public sectors, where he catered a division of the Presidential Secretariat of Sri Lanka. He has been a visiting senior lecturer and research fellow for many local and international for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including the University of Colombo, Bar Association of Sri Lanka and Wolverhampton for over a decade. He is the founded for many leading startups both in Sri Lanka and globally. His career exposure covers some of the most eminent global brands such as John Keells Holdings, Google GBG, Raffles Education Corporation, Mintel London, Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) etc at a senior management level.

Siddhartha succeeded in achieving the youngest fellowship from the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK) and Institute of CPD (UK) at the age of 19. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, British Computer Society and Global Marketing Network (UK). He pursued for his Masters in Economics from the University of Colombo and continued to complete his Doctorate in Economics (Emerging Markets).
