This category is open to Sri Lankan companies, organisations and brands.
You should be able to demonstrate the innovative use of digital technologies with the objective of transforming your products/services. In your entry, you must provide a detailed view of how you were able to develop a platform that supports your customers or clients in the ever-changing digital ecosystem. You must also provide an insightful look at how you used digital technologies most effectively by demonstrating how digitizing your products/services have significantly improved your business/organisation over the past year.
The judges will be looking for three key elements in the entries:
– Execution: How the shift to a digital-enabled service or product was able to transform the daily operations of your company/organisation.
– Innovation: How this challenged standard practices in the industry which your company/organisation operates in.
– Value: The value that it brought to your customers/clients and consequently, the value that it has brought to your company/organisation.
– Outcome: Your KPIs against the digital enabled product or service objectives.
